Terms of Service

1. The Service

ChatMention monitors how often brands and products appear in answers from AI engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) and provides analytics, competitor benchmarking and alerts. Results are estimates produced by third-party AI models and are provided "as is".

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.

3. Plans, billing and fair use

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via our payment processor.
• Each plan includes a monthly query allowance; usage is capped at the plan limit.
• You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law (including the EU right of withdrawal where applicable).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by reverse engineering, overloading the infrastructure, or monitoring brands in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, excluding your own content, is owned by jerryteam. You retain ownership of the brand and keyword data you submit and grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the Service.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, jerryteam's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which jerryteam is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
